#1 Concern was Website Security

Welcome to our website  where we hope you will find the information and the products we sell helpful to you.  One of the requirements in designing this site was that it had to be as secure as today's technology allows.

You will notice as you move around the site that every time you reach a page where you are entering any personal information the site address will change from http to https.  This means that the information you enter is encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone as the information travels from your computer to our server.  When ordering any of our products after you have had a chance to review the order and confirm it you will be redirected to PayPal's secure server to enter your credit card information.  The information you give to PayPal for your purchase is not available to LED Lights Canada and not stored anywhere on our site.  Buying through PayPal is one of the safest ways to buy a product on the Internet.  You will have the option of entering your credit card information directly or paying through your existing PayPal account.  You will NOT be required to open a PayPal account to purchase a product from us. Credit Card orders are also accepted directly via phone and all information given to process your order is shredded immediately after your order is complete. We accept both Visa and MasterCard.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque please call us at 780.993.8735 or toll-free at 800.677.2698 before placing your order so arrangements can be made to send you an invoice.  Products will not ship until your cheque is received and has cleared our bank.

Any information given to us is used only to respond to your inquiry or to process and ship your order.  We do not share or sell this information to anyone. After you receive your order if you would like the record of your sale removed from our server please contact us and it will be done immediately.  When this is done if you return to the site you will have to register again to make a purchase.
