Warranty

Should an item purchased from LED Lights Canada fail due to a manufacturing defect within 2 years of invoice date the item will be replaced no charge. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for a return authorization prior to shipping any product back to us. Warranty replacement cannot be made without prior authorization and a copy of the invoice. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If a product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect return shipping charges will be credited back to the buyer.

Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with the products you purchased from LED Lights Canada. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and returned in their original packaging.  We do not resell returned products as new. They will be discounted and resold in clearance which requires us to impose a 15% restocking charge on all returned products.

Privacy Policy

LED Lights Canada does not sell, rent exchange or otherwise disclose any information about our site visitors.  Any information you provide to us is only used to respond to your enquiry or to process and ship your order.  If you would like your user information deleted from our server after receipt and acceptance of your order please e-mail your request to Customer Service and your customer record will be removed within 24 hours.  If you leave your account active you will be able to log in and review prior orders and place additional orders without entering your contact and shipping information again.  LED Lights Canada does not keep or log any credit card information or PayPal account information.  If you provide your credit card information via phone it is shredded as soon as the order is processed.  Please read the notice on this site concerning site security.
