With the wave of your hand this 0-10V low voltage proximity sensor will turn your low voltage lights on and off and also dim them. This is a touchless control that will activate when it senses your hand and does not require you to touch the sensor or the wall plate.
The sensor can be mounted inside a cabinet so a wave of your hand will activate the lights and holding your hand over the cabinet your lights will dim. The sensor will work through material up to 3/4" thick. This sensor fits into a standard 2X4 electrical box and is connected to the HHG DMS-500X dimming module. The entire system is all low voltage and is safe and easy to install. You can cover the sensor with a standard blank plate or for a more finished look our customized Lutron Claro screwless wall plate is available.
